Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ireland.
Do I have to pay customs or extra taxes?
No. All orders are shipped from within the EU, so there are no customs fees or additional taxes.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders within Ireland are usually dispatched the same day if placed before 3 PM. EU orders are typically handed over to the courier the following working day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Ireland usually arrive within 24–48 hours, while most EU orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.

Can I collect my order in Dublin?
Yes, local pickup is available at checkout.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Orders are usually ready within 1 hour during working hours.

Preorders
How do preorders work?
Preorders allow you to secure upcoming products before release. Your order will be shipped as soon as the product arrives in our warehouse.
Can I combine preorder and in-stock items?
Yes, but the order will only be shipped once all items are available.
Are release dates guaranteed?
Release dates are provided by suppliers and may occasionally change.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products sold on stg-wwwcandycardseu-staging.kinsta.cloud are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.
Do you sell Japanese products?
Yes, we offer a wide range of Japanese TCG products, already stocked in our EU warehouse.
How are products packaged?
All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, Revolut, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Yes, we buy both single cards and sealed products.
How can I sell my collection?
